賽馬會專業創未來計劃成果 動人故事分享(見習生篇)

Thank you. 自2020年新冠疫情爆發以來,每個香港人都承受著不同程度的負面影響。雖然疫症終有完結一天,但對於剛從校園畢業、必須於「疫境」中尋索職業方向的年輕人,這場全球疫症的影響卻可能是長遠甚至終身的:兩年多以來,嚴峻的防疫措施導致香港大部分行業嚴重萎縮,社會經濟低迷,僱主欠缺招聘新人入行的意欲和能力,出爐畢業生想要進入心儀行業,談何容易?求職信如泥牛入海,無法一展所長,構想人生方向,是對青春的最大煎熬。 另邊廂,疫情之下人與人更需溝通連繫,一些文創以至社會創新機構比以前更「渴市」。但這些組織資源有限,亦擔心難以找到意氣相投、工作認真的年輕人入職,因此無法擴展服務。假如有一個「配對神器」,能夠貼心地把合條件的畢業生和僱主「配對」起來,讓年輕人適時建立生命方向,豈不完美? 香港以往不乏青年就業計劃,但較少協助建立價值取向和人生態度;有見及此,賽馬會慈善信託基金當仁不讓,策動了JC PROcruit C —一個以「專業由心出發」為號召的先導計劃,除了精心配對初次求職者(First-Time Job Seeker,FTJS)和僱主,更重視年輕人的心理發展。計劃希望從VASK四個方面(價值 Values、態度 Attitudes、技能 Skills和知識 Knowledge)入手,透過一年在職培訓,除要提升年青人的潛能和工作技巧,更希望培養他們對工作和人生的正面價值觀和態度,令他們自信地朝著前路進發。 當中,Good Lab 作為「文創.有心」(Creativity for Good) 界別的行業統籌,為第一屆計劃設計了四個與文創/社創相關的新職位,希望在協助年青人就業的同時,也扶助業界發展。新職位包括創意研究員 (Creative Researcher)、社區藝術統籌 (Community Arts Mediator)、跨媒體文創製作 (Transmedia
