For the seven years in Cheung Sha Wan, Good Lab was a vibrant hub — a sun-filled space with our signature orange warmth throughout. More than just an office, it was a community where serendipitous encounters happened daily. We witnessed hundreds of social innovators emerge and grow. This experience taught us that lasting social change requires both long-term commitment and cross-sector collaboration. We began asking ourselves: How could we bring innovative thinking into more organisations, equip leaders across sectors with changemaking tools, and amplify our social impact?

As the social innovation ecosystem flourished, we further evolved into a Think-and-Do Tank, channeling years of community networks, cross-sector trust, and practical wisdom into driving deeper systemic change. Today, we've reinforced Good Lab's position at the intersection of public, private, and civil sectors. We facilitate dialogue, learning and collaboration—from participatory community building to strategic foresight, from cross-sector experiments to expanding throughout the neighbouring region, building networks and uncovering inspiring co-learning cases.

These efforts develop VUCA-world capabilities: believing in collaboration, listening with empathy to transcend boundaries, and embracing diverse innovation approaches.
