Inspired by nature, Franco focuses on preparing the soil for people to imagine, create, and synthesize ideas to overcome the social challenges they care about the most. He is driven to help people feel more aware, mindful, and empowered to whatever the tasks they have on hand.

He has a Bachelor of Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He started his career in corporate finance and supply chain, then pivoted to the impact sector with the focus on empowering social entrepreneurs through incubation programmes.

When he is not thinking about social impact, he is either hiking, writing, or spending time with his wife and two kids.
