Koji believes that cities are vibrant living spaces shaped by the thoughts and actions of diverse individuals. She graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Urban Studies and earned her Master’s degree in Urban Planning from The University of Hong Kong. Her perspective is shaped by a strong interest in the dynamic relationship between people and the places they inhabit. During her studies, Koji participated in community engagement projects with various government departments, private sector organizations, and NGOs, building experience in cross-sector collaboration and inclusive participation.

Koji is passionate about driving social innovation by bringing together different stakeholders to co-design user-centric solutions and improve community environments. She excels in applying design thinking and effective communication skills to understand the diverse needs of communities and works through collaboration and dialogue to uncover meaningful and impactful changes.

Outside of work, Koji enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and playing badminton and tennis. Exploring the world and meeting new people inspire and energize her, fueling her ongoing personal growth and development.
