Max enjoys listening to urban anecdotes, observing the diverse tapestry of individuals, and understanding their diverse needs. He believes in “human-centred design” social design, which can promote the healthy development of society.

Max previously worked with Good Lab for nearly 6 years, where he has initiated various social and public sector innovation projects, collaborating with community members and stakeholders to create user-centred solutions. Prior to re-joining Good Lab, Max promoted innovative projects and thinking in universities and communities, and worked in training and sustainable development roles in business organizations.

Max holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from RMIT University and a Master’s degree in Design (Design Strategy) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Max loves long-distance running. This activity is not just about moving forward, but about wholeheartedly experiencing the scenery along the way, embracing beliefs, and persisting on one’s path.
